Fisherman's Island State Park is a Michigan State Parks campground in Charlevoix. It lists 88 RV or RV/tent sites and 11 tent sites for rigs up to 50 ft.
Construction Closure Information
Due to culvert replacement work, Fisherman’s Island State Park , including the rustic campground, will close to vehicle traffic Sept. 23 for entrance road culvert repairs. The trails and shoreline are still accessible by foot. The park is slated to reopen once concrete curing is complete. Updates on a park reopening date will be posted here.
Automatic cancellation policy enforcement
Check in your campsite reservation and occupy your campsite no later than 3 p.m. one day after your scheduled arrival date to avoid being automatically cancelled. If you need to arrive later, you must adjust your arrival date by calling 1-800-44(PARKS) or by going on-line to www.midnrreservations.com midnrreservations.com .
If you don't check in or update your arrival date, our system will automatically cancel your reservation and you’ll incur the loss of two nights' fees, the non-refundable reservation fee, $10 cancellation fee and the reduced-stay fee. Staff are unable to override this process.
