“Enjoyed ourselves here. Very quiet, when we went on a weekend and we were the only campers there! Fruit growing from trees and there's a creek.”
“We booked this camp by mistake, but it became an excellent experience. The camping ground is quiet with a lot of tall trees. There’s a beautiful creek beside the camp. The hosts are very nice and friendly. Michael gave us some fresh vegetables and made us an unforgettable day.”
“Super beautiful campground and camp host was very nice! ”

Pearch Creek Campground sits about 1.5 miles north of Orleans along State Highway 96 in the Klamath River valley, set among mature Douglas firs and hardwoods that keep most sites cool and shaded through summer. The sound of Pearch Creek is a near-constant background, and moss-covered rocks and tree trunks give the loop a damp, green feel that contrasts with the wide river flats nearby. The campground is compact ten single-family sites in all and every site is configured to accommodate both tents and RVs. Each site comes with a picnic table and a campfire ring with a grill, and many sites also include a stone camp stove; basic services on-site are vault toilets and drinking water. Recreation in the immediate area focuses on river activity and access to wild country: the Klamath River, a short drive away, is regularly fished for salmon and steelhead, while both the Klamath and Salmon Rivers are used for whitewater rafting, swimming and kayaking within easy reach. Trailheads that provide access into the Marble Mountain Wilderness are also nearby for day hikes or multi-day outings. Beyond the campground, Six Rivers National Forest supports a wide range of pursuits auto touring, biking, horseback riding and camping, OHV routes, and opportunities to stay in fire lookouts or cabins so plan according to the activity you want. The campground is small, so check current fees, reservation rules, seasonal openings and any vehicle or access requirements with the Six Rivers National Forest office before you go.
