This year the Mission Neighborhood Centers also had a pre-festival Black Tie VIP Dinner Gala.
San Marcos, Texas
San Marcos is home to one of the country's most unique Cinco de Mayo celebrations. This year, from April 30 to May 2, the town of San Marcos will host VIVA! Cinco de Mayo and all of the fun Cinco de Mayo festivities throughout the days of the celebrations. The festivities include a parade, a pageant, dancing, and music. The most unique feature of this celebration is the state-wide Menudo cook-off. People throughout the state of Texas come together to showcase their favorite Menudo recipies.
